Windstone Colony Community Association, Inc., handles the financial and legal affairs of the subdivision. Each lot owner is required to pay an annual maintenance fee which is used to pay for street lights; pay taxes on and maintain the common areas, such as parks, pool, etc.; and pay for legal expenses incurred to enforce the deed restrictions.

Vanmor Properties is the property management company contracted to manage the day to day business of the Association.

Board meetings are announced in advance via this website and email e-blast. To make meetings more accessible to all members the frequency of the meetings have been increased to 1 time per month and the time and location has been changed. Now, most meetings take place at 6:30 pm at the school adjacent to the community: Sheridan Elementary.

The mission of the Board is to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas and upholding our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and polices. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. Windstone Colony will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family
